Every auction has its own terms and conditions, please check the auction listing for specific information on hours of operation, load-out and shipping, as these items can vary based on auction location.


Your purchases can be shipped directly to you. When are the winning bidder at auction you will receive an email or SMS notice with your invoice. You can make a selection in the invoice to have your purchases sent to you.

If you choose to have your items shipped, shipping costs of less than $15 will be automatically processed. Shipping costs of over $15 will be emailed to you for final approval. You may choose a different shipping method that you arrange.

All auction property is sold as-is. This means there is no guarantee of the working condition of your purchase. We highly recommend that you attend a preview and inspection so you can test items you may be interested in buying. If you purchase an item based on a description with an error, we will offer you a full refund. For example, if you bought an iPhone 5 that was described as an iPhone 6, we will gladly provide you with a refund.

Billing and Payment

You may pay online for your purchases during the auction at any time or we will automatically bill you for all of your purchases at the end of the auction. Need to change your credit card? You can do so directly in your account.

Deposit Refund

We hold a deposit of $200 for your online account so you can easily bid in all our auctions. If you would like to have your deposit returned, simply login into your account and select “return deposit.”
